Sophisticated design

Ideal for running cables through garage doors and keeping pets out. Really good design, thought through to the smallest detail.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Only 4-1/4 " in diameter

The part is actually 4-1/4" wide so not good for hiding the original 4-1/2" part in my RV. I returned mine. Quality seems good unless you need 4-1/2".

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Faulty

The smallest version of JR's electric sunroofs. too small for most!

I'm only giving it one star to get your and Revain's attention (sold and shipped by Revain). Dimensions are not specified. It wouldn't be hard to replicate the measurements from the JR product website: Neckline: 2-27/32" Outer size: 4-5/16" Collar depth: 1-7/8" Although I really needed a JR 541 - 2-A But I can't imagine a standard 30 amp plug fitting in the cavity on this particular model.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Good but not great

Even my 5 year old son said the old ones looked better. I would return them

The item description didn't mention that this was an economy version of the original. The word "Economy” is written on the packaging. They are also slightly smaller than the ones I was hoping to replace. Doesn't even cover the original screw holes. If you want to replace the original hardware, this is not what you need. Small and cheap plastic. Even my 5 year old son said the old ones looked better. I would send them back but you have to pay 12.55 for shipping. Not worth the trouble.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Can't remember

Well it only lasted 2 days

Like all the other reviews this cable cover is smaller than my original one. It looks good with some sealing though. My problem is that it doesn't stay closed. It stayed closed for about 2 days now it stays open most of the time so I replaced the original first. You can go back and close it, hear a click and it will reopen an hour later (during a ride or setup). I would send it back but it is installed with sealant around it. Now I have to buy another one from another company and start this…

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • secret

Measure seven times, order once.

Barely working. It's too small for my 1998 Prowler. I had to leave the old hatch in place and mount this directly on top; It fits snugly in the old one but still allows the 30 amp cord and plug to work. The product description is completely inaccurate in terms of dimensions. I would have returned but I was doing a lot of repairs and preparing for the trip and didn't have time. Glad I got it to work otherwise I would have sent it back at some point. I suspect it's great for new caravans but not…

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Not sure

The opening in our RV is perfect but the block isn't deep enough

We have an old Jayco RV that the old hatch was broken and the cover came off. It's only rated for 120v and 15 amps so I figured it would be the perfect replacement. Installation was pretty easy and it fit in the hole just as snugly as the original. The problem only appeared after I routed the power cord. Even when the power cord is fully stowed in a pocket, it actually has a connector section that snaps onto flexible tabs on the back. but the pins still press lightly on the door, so you have to

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Modern
