Feet don't touch the ground!
They rock, tilt and rock! When assembled correctly, one leg at a time DOES NOT TOUCH THE FLOOR. It's not about the installation, it's actually much shorter than the other when measured. I don't disassemble, try to repackage and send back. But I'm pretty pissed off because I was sold this ridiculously bad chair. I'll find a solution, but I'd recommend skipping this point.
