Risky Purchase - Tablet Accessory

EDIT: Ordered another one and this time it really worked! Heard about a trick. Go into the bathroom and start a boiling shower/bath. Make sure the room was paired. Only in this hot, miserable state should you apply this coating. The water vapor in the air keeps dust and hair from flying away so easily. Read below to see what fate awaits you if you decide not to follow this method. So my screen protector has arrived. I cleaned up my workspace, turned off all fans, turned on the light and shone on the laptop, made sure I removed ALL possible dust particles, made an absolutely perfect surface. I pull the protective film out of the case and. it has little fluff on it. It should only be outside, right? So I take a screenshot to apply it. No, I see this dusty, fluffy crap covering the adhesive layer. Well what am I supposed to do about it? The instructions provided do not mention using the sticker provided. Spend tempered glass underwater and bingo, all the dust is gone! But now water has settled on the sticky layer. I try to ring it gently, even bring a hair dryer, but it just doesn't evaporate fast enough and I know it will leave water stains. I use the included cloth to gently pat the water droplets off; Now the crap that was on the fabric was stuck to the screen. I'm going insane at this moment. I start with the supplied stickers to randomly touch the inside of the lid to remove dust particles, lint and whatnot, and attach the screen. The selling point is how does it "perfectly" fit the screen? Yes, there is a perfect fit issue. If you get it wrong by a fraction of a millimeter, the edge at one end of the screen will snag over the screen's outer frame; completely useless. I had to remove the screen and try to reattach it. and at the same time the dust is left behind AGAIN. and this time a strand of hair too!. Repeat the above 5 times, turn the screen on and off to try and randomly blow dust in and I FINALLY INSTALLED A SCREEN! No weird spots or sticky hairs. and the corner of the screen has lost its adhesive. The lid is now completely useless, all effort wasted. Also, it doesn't offer any noticeable reduction in glare, which I'd agree with if the screen actually adhered better than a thin sheet of plastic. I was expecting it to be almost a solid piece of glass, but instead it folds up like a plastic divider in one of those school notebook folders. I think I'll take it as a lesson, but I'm not sure what the lesson is yet.
