After reading the review before purchasing this product, I was pleasantly surprised that the company listens to the usual customer complaints. The zips have been improved and at the request of several customers, an extra zip has been added (making access much easier and safer). The plastic area that the phone rests on doesn't seem to stick. I ordered a plain black color and it looks very nice, high quality material. The strap can be adjusted in any position, from carrying it on the shoulder to using it cross-body. I have large breasts and don't carry things over my shoulder very well. Love the extra short strap that came with it. Keep in mind that you can take basic essentials (credit cards, lipstick, keys, makeup mirror, tampon, etc.) but this is not for the person who likes to carry everything around. I am very happy with the style and quality of this purchase.
