Review on RUYU by Brent Walker

After hearing good things about RUYU's dedication to quality, I was eager to make a purchase from their web store. The site loaded slowly, had poor product organization, and returned useless search results. The checkout procedure was a nightmare, which only added to the frustration. Because of bugs in the payment system, I had to start the whole procedure over several times. Finally able to submit my purchase, I was met with a confirmation email containing errors that necessitated a call to customer support. When it came to assisting customers, their reaction time was extremely lengthy and unproductive. It was obvious that they had no intention of listening to my concerns or finding a remedy that would work for me. It seemed like their primary concern was earning a quick buck rather than satisfying customers. In general, I was disappointed with my time spent purchasing on RUYU's website. Website and customer support were not nearly as good as they had promised. Anyone seeking a simple and pleasurable purchasing experience should not use their website, in my opinion.
