A lot of work, but worth it!
My daughter and I are allergic to dairy so I decided to make my own chocolate "kisses" as they are out of stock. While this product is amazing and really helped create our traditional peanut butter flowers, the mess I made in the process was no fun. It felt like I was banging it on the counter forever while tiny air bubbles kept rising to the surface. Hot, runny chocolate and small molds don't go well together for beginners! But the kisses turned out very well! If you don't mind a little extra work, this is an amazing article for creating those kisses that many of us can no longer buy over the counter.
