The mall strap is not long enough to fit through 3 molle meshes on my bag but I have adjusted it. The reason for the 3 and not the 2 is that it doesn't have webbing to weave in for a secure fit so the regular 2 webbing isn't strong at all. A secure buckle strap comes and goes too easily, but a simple hand job will fix that. The goggles have to be inserted at an angle, if you will, because of a latch that locks the other buckle in place. First day in action, so far so good. The only case I found with the top opening and not the side.
