. The least you can do is make it presentable. Just sticking it on looks like shit. When you open a badly re-wrapped product that's supposed to be returned, it looks flimsy and cheap. Made cheaply in China in the 2000s. It is also significantly smaller than 22 mm, namely by one to two whole mm. The tape slides back and forth along the pin.
