Works well with RPI4 and Argon FAN and Touchscreen RPI

Works well with RPI4 and Argon FAN as well as RPI Touchscreen. I need a little more power than many common USB-C 3 amp power adapters. Most RPI USB-C 3Amp power adapters are rated at 15W and will show a voltage drop (less than 5V) as you approach 3A, causing you to get a flash and low voltage message.
