FYI) you can't put it on top of wax or floor wax) and thought it worked for me , but only this product has shown me that it is not so. The owner had so many cats, I think our floors are very scratched. At least the air freshener will delay replacing our floors by a few years. I hope it wears out evenly as the old floor has stains and uneven shiny/non-shiny parts had.I have no idea what the previous owners had, so it ends like this. When you apply it, be VERY careful not to splatter. I suggest going low to the bottom and letting it pour out slowly to avoid splashing, I notice l some splashes in some places after drying. I called Bona and they said I could try brushing it up but it might not work. Or I could mix half the ammonia and half the water, leave on for a minute, then remove. Then apply freshener again. I could do it later. All in all very happy with this item. I like the Bona mop. I used it with the pad that came with it. UPDATE: Well, after a few weeks of use, it's definitely gone. I noticed stains on the floor and a few streaks where the product dripped during application. I suggest applying this material with a spray gun. I can no longer say that I am delighted with this product. Stains and streaks stay forever unless I want to remove them half with ammonia and half with water. Then apply again. As of today I would give this product 2.5 stars.
