It's all advertising.
loops in the middle but not very well on the edges. I don't know if it's a cup or just junk. The rectangular one I have will sand the entire track. It's not like this. It doesn't "tilt" like a rectangle, but the abrasive sponges have a lot of work to do by the time you think you're done with it. A little pricey for the work it does.
