I work in a veterinary clinic. One of our customers brought her cat to us in this transport box. I loved it and she showed me how to zip up the top and bottom, fold the sides down and then clip the hard top to the hard bottom to keep it flat. I have a regular cat carrier but I really needed a different one as I have two cats. If you have limited storage, this is the perfect answer. Haven't really used it yet but as soon as I assembled it my cats started fighting over who would sleep in it! (The kit includes a soft cushion for the floor.) My friend who has multiple cats came and saw the carrier and asked to order one for her, which I did. I think this is a very well made carrier. The front zip opening is larger than my tote bag so I think it will be easier to place the cats if I plan to take them somewhere!
