Review on 🍅 Norpro Tomato and Soft Cheese Slicer - White, 8" x 4.5" x 3 by Tony Mayes

I bought this product specifically and only for slicing tomatoes. This was unfortunate as it failed to fulfill its stated primary function. ALL the tomatoes I tried to chop were quite hard and NOT soft or mushy, but this tool cut them very poorly. The problem was that his blades were too thin AND/OR made of inferior metal. maybe not sharp enough. This meant that a hard tomato would make them bend to the point where they would bend/bend so far from the truth that they would cut into plastic baffles and cut off thin plastic shavings (and not so small pieces). would. from the tops and sides of the specified partitions. It made me so angry, and the cost of this junk was so low, I didn't even bother asking for a refund. Instead, I included it in one of my donations to the Salvation Army or Red Cross. I will never buy this manufacturer again. (I wish I had photographed the ridges/lumps/chips the curved blades left in the plastic dividers so the readers/prospective buyers could see how crap this product was.)
