The case itself is excellent and offers exceptional protection and everyday usability worthy of five stars. However, I am giving four stars because the instructions on how to put the phone in the case are very poor. They only provided simplistic, vague diagrams with no words (to be multilingual). As a result, I scratched my new $840 phone before I could even use it. The damage isn't visible on the phone in the case of the Defender, but good guidance could have prevented this. However, don't let my comment stop you from buying this awesome case - just be careful when you put your phone in the case.
