Ordering this item because it claims to be compatible with all systems and that it can be in the lower 48 - however in Vermont, the company I use - the fence is already installed and uses no solid-state wire due to grounding conditions we experience here. This is Invisible Fence of Northern Vermont (802) 253-7100. I wanted to save money and use this wire for a broken section of my already installed fence, but it didn't meet the company's instructions. Unfortunately due to time constraints I am unable to return this product - it has never been used and is just a spool of wire which cannot be used. Overall I ordered this but I would not have ordered if the information was correct or up to date.
