Found broken (air flaps) and I thought, hm, still usable. I highly doubt that the patch lake contributed to the terrible quality this thing gives you. She just blows your hot hair, even with ice packs. Huge waste of money, shell out an extra $150 and get a floor standing air conditioner with a pipe that goes out the window. I just got one of these and the holy life of guacamole just got better. It's a wannabe swamp cooler and actually made me more uncomfortable. Do not buy. RETURNED.
