The support team is very helpful when you have questions or need to get things set up for your website/applications that will be hosted with them! I haven't found anything specifically bad about this service provider so far but we do not use all of their offerings (we host an application server). If they did more than just webhosting - if there was email as well then it would make sense since most people now rely solely through online applications such as Gmail instead of having physical mailboxes at home like before. Our business relies heavily upon customer data security which means keeping everything secure from hackers who may attempt access into other customers' accounts without authorization.
