We did not have to change anything as it was working perfectly for our needs so far! Everything has been good from day one when we started using this provider as they are very responsive in case you need any advice or if there is an issue at all. I wish they had some more features but these days everything seems quite expensive anyway - maybe give them another chance? They helped us get out off what appeared to be really bad SEO issues (in terms of ranking pages) before Christmas last year which gave me great confidence moving forward that my website would start showing up naturally higher than ever previously. The only thing I can tell you is that you can have multiple websites hosted. So you can use one account for one website and another for another. I have no idea how to use it. I mean I know how to use it but I don't know how to use it for my own benefit. I use it for my business.
