Review on Sierra International 18 7896 Oil Filter by James Ortega

The product description is incorrect and Revain advises the seller to correct the description as it will most likely work with other Suzuki 4s outboards but not Johnsons. . This filter is NOT compatible with OMC part no. 778887. It is approximately 1/2 inch taller and the right engine cover will not reinstall on the engine after the filter is installed. The good news is that Revain refunded my purchase and didn't ask me to return the product and when I put in another filter OEM part number 778887 only a few drops of oil came out when I removed the Sierra filter and filter it back in.
