Purse is great but the band doesn't work well

I wish I could say I liked it but the more you put in the package the more the band stretches. He kept moving down. It also just creates a huge "bulge" under the shirt. I don't need "more" front buckle. I only had my credit card, driver's license, money and everything was fine. But when I tried to put my phone in it or I needed to put something small in it, the problems started. I'm not sure I would recommend this.
