Great! Like IKEA straws. I always bought straws from Ikea because they were narrower. They were hired because it seems small plastic straws are ruining the planet, not plastic cups, water bottles and billions of plastic-lined plastic diapers. They are the perfect height for a cocktail glass as well as a tall glass or soda can. I use them for blueberry banana smoothies. I think if you like smoothies that are full of ice and very thick you'll need to suck them harder than you would on a regular diameter straw, but they're great for thinner smoothies, sodas, or shakes. I love her! I will buy a few more before they are declared illegal.
