Review on GE Profile PEM31SFSS Countertop Microwave: Stylish and Efficient Kitchen Appliance by Michael Tarlue

I read the mixed reviews and decided to risk this product. I also bought a protection plan. The microwave stopped working after 30 days. And while using it we found: 1. Not very strong. What used to heat up in 30 seconds now took a minute, and what took a minute took 2-3 minutes. Not that it made a huge difference, but we had to tweak everything we were trying to heat up.2. The buttons were hard to see.3. We're used to entering the cooking time and pressing "Start". This model has a minute increase and to reheat as usual we had to find the 'cook time button' (see above where it's hard to find) and again these were just extra steps. 4. Price - For a machine with such low power, it is quite expensive.
