I read the mixed reviews and decided to risk this product. I also bought a protection plan. The microwave stopped working after 30 days. And while using it we found: 1. Not very strong. Switched from the long range microwave to this small one. Absolutely fantastic. I was a little concerned about the long cook times, from our 1400W model to this 800W microwave. UPDATE 4/2021: I finally bought this brand/style after returning a scratched unit I ordered in 2018 because it is the only one that fits my space. So far everything is fine, except for the ticking during operation. Not the typical clicks and pops that a microwave oven makes during operation, but a constant ticking. Perfect size, under the counter what I wanted. And I'm amazed at how large a plate or bowl can be placed in this oven.
