disappointed with leather cleaners and conditioners

I used this product to clean the driver's seat on my 2012 Lexus LS 460. Also for removing long-term signs of wear on the dashboard and door panels. It didn't clear up as expected. I ended up using soapy water with a terry towel. Air conditioning was fine. It takes one more application to see the full effect.
