I like that it is easy to use for our clients as well! It makes gathering information from potential customers easier than other tools we've used in the past - even if they don't sign up right away (which some of them do). This has helped us close business faster because once someone fills out their contact info you can send an email or followup phone call/text message within minutes instead of hours / days later which was happening before using this software tool. Nothing so far but working hard at trying new things!! We are able track all responses received into one place rather then having separate spreadsheets etc.
