Failed after a few weeks

The unit was easy to install and worked for several weeks at which point the outside handle latch worked intermittently. Now this only works for the inside handle. I expect the best quality from Dorman and dealing with the manufacturer's warranty and Revain is no fun. I do not recommend this product.
