i like how easy it was to set up our account with fluentcrm - everything from setting permissions down as far "who can see what" level! We are able solve all of problems we have had in other loyalty programs that just didn't work well enough when trying them out at first but turned off because they were too complicated or confusing once you got into using their program (they would cost tons).
That being said though this isn’t an issue anymore since switching over so many people who don;e even know about us still come back every day asking questions regarding benefits/programs etc.. I wish there could be more options available within each section instead having one option only which gets quite long sometimes if not used often due date expiry's ect.
