This is not easy to install. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong and the instructions that came with the package don't help. I've searched all over the internet and I still can't solve the problem. If I don't get an answer from the manufacturer on how to get this to work with my computer, I have to return it. Update: I originally gave 2 stars because it didn't work. I decided to try to fix the problem the next day but I couldn't. Then my operating system was updated and now my device is working. I'm not sure what exactly happened, but it's working great now and I suspect it's the update. I couldn't tell you what was wrong with it before the update, but I'm glad it works. I give it 4 stars because it's not as easy to set up as everyone says. It took me 16 hours to figure it out.
