This thing is designed to hold/support bearing caps and is sized to fit THIS SPECIFIC VEHICLE! (1996 GM F body) However, it does not completely cover the bearing caps when installed, but only covers about half of the outer edge, which is far from ideal! If the screws in this cover's "support system" were a little closer together (moved inward), it would be MUCH more efficient for its intended purpose. Anyway it's better than nothing but certainly not an exact match and terrible value for money. Also, the paint was applied unevenly to the sealing surface of the gasket, necessitating cleaning and preparing the area by removing excess paint. Whatever that thing was worth, it had to fit perfectly and have no imperfections. I would not recommend this product.
