One star for customer service and quality control, not the product itself. My cage arrived on December 20th and I noticed a lack of equipment. I contacted smallrig and they responded within 48 hours as per Revain policy. Lacy asked for photos for some reason so she could see what I was talking about. I sent a reply with photos within an hour. It's been a week with no response, I emailed her with no response. So basically if you have problems with Smallrig, resolve your sol after purchase because customer service won't take care of it. I've spent over £300 on small rig gear apart from the lack of gear and struggling with that all the products seem sturdy and reliable but I won't be buying them again. smallrig, you can thank Lacey for losing a customer and sales.
