too small for practical use
My goal was to extend my outdoor cycling season and be more visible when walking in the dark. I'm not skinny, I'm more "average American height" = slightly overweight. Even after adjusting the Velcro straps to their maximum functional length, it won't hold together with the thinnest of jackets. Every movement opens it. More velcro was needed to allow for an additional 2-3 inches of expansion and this would be a champ. great concept, very disappointing execution for the discordants.
