This small but not too small lunch bag was exactly what I was looking for when I need a quick trip to the beach but just want to take a few perishables or cans / cooler bottles instead of filling a small fridge. I have a smaller one than this and it always seems too small for a can/sandwich and only attaches with velcro. I love that it has a zip that won't open accidentally like velcro and a double handle so it's super easy to carry. I haven't used it to transport warm stuff but I suppose it works just as well as it cools cold stuff - beware - I also use a freezer bag or small ice pack to keep stuff cold - I'm not sure if that is the case. The insulation in the bag alone keeps things cold for a really long time - I just always put ice or a freezer bag in there.
