Review on 🔥 Polder Safe Serve Instant Read Thermometer with Torch in Red by Jackie Archuleta

This thermometer is great. The plastic makes it feel a bit cheap and I'm afraid I might break the locking mechanism. The buttons can be a bit fiddly at times, but this is way better than my last digital meat thermometer. It still takes time to measure the temperature, but not as long as before. I like that the probe is thin so I don't have to worry about too much juice coming out of the cut of meat I'm cooking. I'm mildly red/green color blind so that's a huge blessing. My wife likes well-done hamburgers and I hate to cut into a hamburger, a piece of steak or chicken to see a color that seems done to me, but it really isn't and I have to ask her to look at it. With this appliance I can make sure what I'm cooking is cooked to my desired temperature and I can let it sit before serving to prevent all the juice from spilling out. The advantages definitely outweigh the disadvantages.
