I don't know if I got a bad bottle but I haven't had a good experience with this resin. First off, the bottle cap was completely torn in half along the threads the first time it was opened. It's discouraging, but I still wanted to try the product, so I proceeded. As I poured the resin into the tank, I noticed that it had separated, so I put it back in the container, clamped the broken lid, shook it vigorously, and poured again. The next thing I noticed was the smell: like old gym socks stored for years in the trunk of a car parked at the gates of hell! Even though I have an exhaust fan in my workshop, my whole house smelled like rotten eggs the first day (then it got better, ie we got used to it, hard to tell in quarantine). But I kept going. After waiting for the bubbles to go away (see the shaking mentioned above) I tried my first print using this formula - total failure, didn't even stick to the plate. So I tried again with a simpler print - the skate stuck, but the resin was so weak that the print fell off the supports. So I tried a third print, which was successful with a different formula - the result was a combination of the two previous errors: half of the skate wasn't sticking and the other half fell off the supports. All the prints I made before and immediately after using this resin were successful, so I have to conclude that this resin is the cause of the failed prints. But I can't say it was a very bad experience. Unsuccessful prints could, as announced, be washed off surprisingly easily with water. So at least that's it.
