I like that the filters are specifically designed for well water. As with ALL cartridges of this type, it is difficult to center and hold in place. The problem may be with my filter itself, but the top and bottom tabs that hold the cartridge in place when reassembled are too short to fit inside the cartridge when the base is screwed back on. It would be better if the cartridge's center tube fits snugly onto the top end, but I found a plastic tube to increase the length of the protrusion.
