Unlabeled boots in a clear plastic bag

I don't think it is too much to ask to receive and item in a box or some kind of package other than a clear plastic bag.
There's also not a single bit of identifying information in said bag to confirm that what I ordered is in fact the product that arrived. The product looks similar, although the quality is so poor it is hard to discuss this product seriously.

Pros

The picture makes the fur look pure white , but it isn’t. Still cute tho.

Cons

I like the product but they give me one wrong size
