Review on πŸ•―οΈ Leick Bin Pull Narrow Side End Table - Candle Glow: Space-Saving and Stylish Storage Solution by Michelle Smith

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Works beautifully along a short wall as a "parking lot " for items being transported on the road

This slim LEICK BIN-PULL DESK (with candle glow finish) fits almost perfectly against a short wall Sharing the kitchen and dining room of my area apartment. (The only better option would be a 2 drawer Leick table which is not in stock and will not ship until June 2015.) Located at the foot of the stairs in the apartment and by the front door the table works great as a seat. to "park" things, to carry them upstairs, or into the garage, or out the door when I'm going somewhere. Because it's so narrow (10 inches wide, 24 inches long, and 24 inches high), the table doesn't block traffic in the hallway. The candle-candle finish goes well with my teak dining room furniture. I'm not thrilled with the 4-stripe top - I would have preferred a smooth surface - but that's okay. The little drawer is cute and contains a spare set of keys, a TV remote and a few other small and flimsy items (it's too narrow for a Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone). There is a dovetail at the bottom of the drawer that keeps the drawer in place drawer channel. , and there is a drawer stopper to prevent you from pulling out the entire drawer when you open it. The table is made of wood, so it is durable. doesn't weigh a ton like chipboard furniture. Assembly is easy - simply attach the legs (two bolts, two washers, two lock washers per leg) using the pre-drilled holes and the included hex wrench. It's difficult to get to the holes closest to the table top, but it only took me 15 minutes to assemble this table. Another thing I love about this table is that it has NO lower shelf. In my experience, these shelves aren't very useful and are terrible dust collectors. Since there is no shelf, you can store water bottles underneath without taking up the limited space in the apartment!

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
