I wanted to make a purchase of a phone from the company itself. When the items were brought to the point of issue, the employees there stated, upon receipt, that it was difficult to look at it, even on a sealed box; first, they wanted payment, then they would look. I made sure to clarify how it is possible for me to pay for something without knowing what it is. Particularly the phone for pretty large (in terms of money, for me personally)? They responded to me by saying, "That wraps it up." I decided not to purchase. How is it possible for it to be that I have to "blindly" buy a phone? This is the first time that I've come across it.
