We got these mats to lay for flooring for kids playground outside. They work wonderfully: they’re heavy enough to hold themselves down (no lawn staples or stakes needed); they dry fairly quickly, even with our playground in the shade; they are durable (no wear and tear since we installed them, about 2 weeks ago and we play on it for at least an hour most days).My only issue is that these are more challenging to assemble then other formats we’ve used in the past. The edge has two different ends instead of just one, which means that when it came to installing the outside lining, some ends fit without much effort and others didn’t. In the latter case, we had to search through all of the edge pieces to find a piece that fit. It was time-consuming, if nothing else.
