Bought in March, installed in July. Private house, wooden (timbered). It freezes perfectly, the functionality is wonderful, but the strong low-frequency vibration of the external unit spoiled the sensations. Added anti-vibration supports - it became a little better. After that, the air conditioner was bought by three other brands. With the same installation (more precisely - even on the same wall, one above the other) - the others are much quieter (exactly external blocks), although more powerful (others are nines).
