Not very comfortable to use.
It seems pretty durable so it gets an extra star for that, but this thing in not comfortable to use at all.
The foam butts up at the joints where it clicks together leaving these bumps so when you're using it, they repeatedly hit you. I don't like being physically assaulted by my workout equipment, thanks.
