I like that it is easy to use for recruiting, posting jobs as well scheduling interviews with candidates through email or phone calls so no need of coming out physically from my office! It also has an auto-responder feature which makes sending emails very fast without any human intervention at all!! The best part about jobraisers are there customer service team who support you throughout your project life cycle even after contract completion! There's nothing much i dislike since its such user friendly software but if they could improve their UI/UX then this would be better than other similar softwares available online today!! Recruitment process automation using AI technology will reduce errors & increase efficiency level by more 80% compared to manual recruitment methodologies used priorly.

Also reduces cost incurred during hiring activities (candidate sourcing) thereby improving ROI ratio over time. ! Highly recommended.
