Versatile and durable
Quickly attaches to e-bike. The Garmin watch attaches at the top (with the Garmin clip) and the GoPro Hero 8 at the bottom with the included mount. The clamps have enough friction so they don't move, but they can be adjusted on each ride. I'll get another one for my road bike. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey, but cheap clips usually cost me more if the gear (light, phone, etc.) is dropped, so I think it's worth it.
