I received my phone today. Positive aspects: 1. Good asking price. (I bought my last 2 phones refurbished and had a great experience so I was happy with the purchase of this refurbished phone as well.) 2. Everything seems to be working as it should. Fast and stable. So far so good.3. There are no scratches on the screen and no scratches on the back.4. Overall I am very happy.5. The 90-day money-back or exchange guarantee is a very good thing, especially when buying a refurbished phone. Things to look out for: 1. My phone has about 4 small scratches. The photos show the scratches up close, but you never look at them that close. All scratches are on the edges of the phone. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because 2 scratches are visible when holding the phone at arm's length and part of the description was that you shouldn't see any. Scratches or defects at arm's length. So I was a bit disappointed at first. But as they say, even if I bought a new phone, I would put a case on it. With a cover on the A71, not a single scratch is visible. So in the end it looks like new and I'm satisfied. A 90 year warranty really gives me the confidence to take the risk and buy this refurbished phone. I say try :)
