Contact Center Compliance - Great for Call Center Management

I like that you can set up alerts, so if there are any issues with your call center it gives an alert right away! It's not easy at first but once you get used to how everything works then its very user friendly and has some great features as well! The only thing i dislike about this system is when we need help they dont respond or answer our questions fast enough sometimes which makes us lose time.

Customer service could be better though their customer support does try hard to make sure everyone understands what needs doing. They do keep track of all calls made through them and give reports on each one too.
