Excellent Customer Service and Support

The ability that they give you all your information needed from start till end, not only do I like their customer service but also how well built it can be used as an app or website etc., nothing really dislike other than price which could go lower if more people are using this product! Great program so far great support awesome pricing friendly community very helpful team overall would recommend 100% keep up with updates always improve features will continue working hard at getting our own…

Contact Center Compliance - Great for Call Center Management

I like that you can set up alerts, so if there are any issues with your call center it gives an alert right away! It's not easy at first but once you get used to how everything works then its very user friendly and has some great features as well! The only thing i dislike about this system is when we need help they dont respond or answer our questions fast enough sometimes which makes us lose time. Customer service could be better though their customer support does try hard to make sure…
