Plug is too small good for me

I thought the cord was very well made and wish it would have worked for my laptop. When I went to plug it in the plug portion of the charger seemed too small for the computer and it slipped out immediately, there was nothing holding it in. I thought it was maybe my computer but when I tried my old cords they still fit very snug so I don't think it's my computer.

Pros

Replacement charger for laptop. Works great!

Cons

Only suitable for use with Dell Inspiron 3521 and 3646 models, limiting its versatility

Received over night, well packaged. Correct fit and began charging immediately. After charging while at work all day I took my laptop off the charger and the battery was low after about 30 minutes. Could be my laptop and nothing to do with the charger.
