They're thin enough not to affect the fit of your glasses that much, so don't ruin your progressive lenses. They actually tuned mine to perfection. I first bought silicone ear tips which helped with slipping but with these nose pads they don't slip at all. It makes my glasses clearer and reduces wrinkles while trying to hold them. I've seen reviews that the adhesion doesn't work well because you "wash" the glasses. Do not use water or paper to clean your glasses! Use glass cleaner spray and microfiber cloths to avoid scratching the surface from minerals in the water and wood particles in the paper. The spray solution dries quickly and does not attack the adhesive on the nose clip. You are perfect. Order more to have on hand and complement my plastic sunglasses.
