Non-stick.: Painting materials and tools

I painted a ladder of planks on the base and chose this tape that didn't work. Today I have to remove the paint residue on the parquet floor. I would not recommend this masking tape for painting.

DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT.

. This is the first time I have written a negative review for Revain in all my years of buying Revain products. This tape sticks well but comes off the paint when peeled off leaving some cardboard paper residue. Actually I had to go back and paint over the rest. I've painted rooms and used masking tape many times over the years and this is the first time I've seen a product that doesn't work that well.

Cheap, poor quality

I can't believe how many good reviews this band has - it makes me suspicious. I wouldn't normally skim something as mundane as masking tape, but this stuff really sucks. Cheap, tears easily, leaves marks on the wooden floor and above all it doesn't hold properly! We use it to hold my kids' drawings or for crafts, but it's really not sticky compared to the tape I've used in the past. Pay a few euros more and get something decent. I try to use up all the rolls, but I might throw them away before…

The worst band! Very thin.

I ordered this tape because of the width. I needed 1 inch for the design I'm making. I never give 1 star reviews and I had to with this feed. I had already started using it so didn't really want to mess around with returns and try to get my money back. Every time I pulled the tape it ripped down the middle on the sides. however he might break it. He is very thin! When I took something off and started peeling off the tape it just broke into pieces and I ended up trying to rip off the rest of the

Do not use as masking tape

It was blue tape as directed. However, it is definitely not the best option to protect the room while painting. We had to apply four coats of paint to each wall and remove the tape within a week of application. Unfortunately the paint seeped under the tape and stained our baseboards and when the paint cured the tape stuck to the baseboard. So in order to make the film, we had to work it out. At this point I'm disappointed that so much paint bled underneath and plan on never buying the brand…

Do not buy this tape. For real.

I've seen some reviewers say that this tape snaps when you try to take it off the roll. I wasn't convinced as there were so many very good reviews. In fact, this material crumbles and is very difficult to use. I used about a quarter of the roll just to pull it off in one piece. I was finally able to put several pieces together into one piece. But you could pull off a few yards and it would start tearing again. Do you really want something different? I also tried calling the number listed on the

It might as well be duct tape

No wonder this duct tape is so cheap. This is the worst masking tape I've ever used and I've done my fair share of painting. When you peel off the tape, horrible looking wavy lines are visible from 15 feet away and the tape keeps tearing, leaving tiny threads stuck to the edges that are difficult to remove. All this happens even if you remove it immediately after painting. I ended up having to use a brush to paint straight lines along each edge. I've learned my lesson and will buy real tape in…

Wrong brand, not good quality blue tape

My mistake for not realizing that this is not high quality blue tape. If I hadn't used this cartridge by this week it would have been sent back. I bought some tape to use with my window film before painting. What a waste. It has no liability. When it's a little cold, it won't stick to the window and won't even touch the "sticky" side, otherwise the small piece of adhesive backing will show fingerprints and it won't stick to the place marked with the imprint. Oh, and this tape is bleeding. After

Mask or Hold

For 3D printing, you may need masking tape to help your filament stick to the printer bed. As a newbie to 3D printing I was looking at a few things and realized I had to grab some tape as I had a sticking problem and Stikk Stikk was the most recommended. I will say that for the most part it helped. On a heated bed, it rises fairly quickly, lasting about three to five prints. Not the best ratio, as much as you might need. I quickly photographed it on the spot and made a cookie cutter print. He…
