Works wonderfully in my review

I have narrow heels with my right leg slightly shorter than my left causing that heel to rub side to side. This stops it giving the feeling that the shoe just fits right. It's been 2 months and I'm very happy!

I gave the heel cups away as a gift. I was unable to use them becauseI need to have the kind of heel cups that need to flat on the outside as as being flat inside.I really did think that they were very nice.

Podiatrist recommended these for unknown cause heel pain. Definitely need to wear them with shoes with heel coverage. No sandals, crocs or heelless slippers. Wear with comfortable shoes.
